Refund Policy

Refunds

We have a very generous return policy. Depending on the product, you have either 30 or 60 days from the date you receive your order to let us know what you don't like, and we'll give you a full refund or a replacement. Your specific return window will be listed on the product page.

Non-returnable items:

  • Digital products

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) 

  • Any item returned after its designated return window


Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
Keep in mind that refunds usually take 3-5 business days to process. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable) 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@apebornfitness.com (within 30 days of receiving it) and we will send a replacement free of charge. If you wish to send the product back (optional) we will reimburse you for all shipping costs. 



Shipping 
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are reimbursed through store credit, once we receive the item we will reimburse you for all shipping costs. 


Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
