Was really excited to start this journey and trying something new.. only complaint I have is that the unit came with no instructions.. how to set it up, how to turn it on, what all the modes do for you for whatever your needs are. So it's been a trial and error type of thing for me which is a little confusing cause I have no idea what the unit is doing for me at all almost makes me want to send it back.. but I'm not I'm going to stick it out and see what happens..

The product is very versatile and convenient. I like the portability where I can do work, while working on my muscles at the same time. The only negative is that I had a couple of burns below my belly button. I'm not sure if I used the wrong program (pulsing one) or I turned the intensity too high (#3).

It causes an occasional sting, but it creates good muscle contractions. I have not been able to tolerated the contractions from the arm patches, even at the lowest settings. Maybe it is not making good contact with the hair on my arms?

I've only used it for a week. I'm sure in a few months, there will be a noticeable difference. After using it fir about 20 minutes, it really does feel like I just finished working out that muscle group. I just wish the arm straps went all the way around each arm.

You are going to want to ease into it. I toggled thru each exercise and ran it up to 10. Big mistake. Start on 3 until you get used to it. It’s truly painful at higher levels. Wife had enough at level 2. After a week I am on 5.

A little over a month and one of the smaller units stopper working. The additional belt that was ordered is meant for a 29” waist and I’m a 40. There is no larger ones available.

The gear is good..but one of the smaller tens attachments failed...contacted Ape Born and they were supposed to send out a new one bc it failed within 30 days of receiving it..they never sent a new one.. they sent patches instead when I told them the tens attachments had failed.. so if you buy this then buy them separately so that if any piece fails you can have a better chance of getting a replacement

I’ve been using the device for two weeks and already noticed a very steady and gradual change for the good! I’ve found using it every 2nd day is best for my purposes, i day woke it hard, 1 day of recovery etc. I love the fact that you can feel it working your core and your arms immediately. Start slow and build up the levels of intensity though!

It does definitely pulsate those muscles. I use the smaller ones on my biceps and my quads. It's too bad they don't make one for your pecs. I have already ordered replacement pads for it. Although I've taken very good care of it and follow the instructions unfortunately the pad is not working properly anymore I called in see what the problem is he said the connectors might be damaged I don't understand how. I don't know what the warranty is but it only had it for about a month other than that it's a good product and I will continue to use it. I told my co-workers another friends about this product usually I test drive everything that I use so I can promote it, I already have several people interested but this is a unfortunate delay . Maybe you could send me a replacement belt. Thank you for your time.
