I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of resistance the bands are capable of offering. I have about 7 years of history of exercising at gym with a goal of slow and steady progression. Judging from the first home sessions with this set, I believe I can perform the vast majority of the exercises in my program with it. I'm already planning to order the heaviest set of bands along with ankle wraps. The quality of the materials seems to be very good.

I started using it a few weeks ago and it's holding up very well. I use this on the free motion cable machine as well as the elastic bands. So far no issues at all and the hook attachments are holding strong very strong. The bar holds a great deal of stress which is good to see that it is durable. Love this bar. It’s sturdy and the foam grips make it comfortable to grip. I use it for specific routines, mostly for my lats, and it works great with the bands. It's also surprisingly affordable, a great bang for your buck :)

Honestly exceeded all of my expectations for working out with bands and this set completely outperforms them in terms of the "pump" I feel while working out, as well has the soreness I feel the next day. Having a bar (along with handles) has added much more complexity to my band workouts, and the bench press pad is amazing for pushups, and chest flys - I cant recommend this enough!

Been using for around 6 months now and cannot recommend enough, originally bought to build up some strength before rejoining the gym, but for the cost and ease of use i'll just stick with this, very easy to use and fits in a small bag thats easy to store, just wish i bought it sooner!

Bought this for my husband, and he loves it. It is very sturdy, and has enough weight to inspire confidence. The adjustable resistance is very useful. He can use this anywhere and at any time ... for a structured session or just on a whim while watching TV. It is compact to store, and doesn't require a lot of space to use. It would be easier if the dogs didn't want to join in, but you can't have everything!
