I did not have high expectations when I ordered this but I like it a lot and use it almost everyday for my lower abs. I can really feel the contractions and it makes your breathe like you would in a workout . But I can do this while reading or walking or sitting back watching tv. Quite amazing.

It’s a lot better with these kind of pads but it’s still the Velcro to put it on your arms. You only use one arm to put it on. It’s real hard to do. Thank you, Tim Maroney.

I like the new version where you only need to spray water
Only problem is that the 2 smaller units can only be used on the arms.
The adhesive one you can place them on the chest.
Do you have a work around for that
