There’s nothing I can say that is wrong with this product so far. The arm pieces are working great. I can already tell that my arm muscles are getting firmer. The gut piece is working good so far. I'm 60 and been a weightlifting coach, personal trainer, as well as a strength and conditioning coach for 35 years. (Former competitive lifter too.) At this point, the repeated deflection and failure to resolve such a basic issue raise serious concerns about the legitimacy and integrity of this operation. Changes needed: the ability for broader adjustments on the abs belt and biceps for smaller arms and torso. the controller pucks. need to have a better way of securing to the bands, so they dont pop off

to big! every belt is to large. the calf belts are to big. the thigh belts are to big. the arm belts are to big. there is no way to modify them to fit either. theese are made for large people. if you are small, do not purchase! I spent a ridiculous amount of money for things that I can not even modify with safety pins to fit! totally waste!!!
While the product is as expected, I am attempting to get authorization for a return, as I did not mean to order the calf stimulator. I have heard nothing from the company for over a month now… If you need customer service or a return… good luck in getting ahold of someone.

key points to mention.if you have small cals or thighs, be sure to ask for a size adjusted band. they can cover one of pads and effect the stimulation process. position of the band and where the pads land is key to isolation of the muscle group you want to work. dont forget to spare or wet the area for comfort. I had a few issues with mine and Customer Service was on it quickly for a solution.
