I'm 60 and been a weightlifting coach, personal trainer, as well as a strength and conditioning coach for 35 years. (Former competitive lifter too.) key points to mention.if you have small cals or thighs, be sure to ask for a size adjusted band. they can cover one of pads and effect the stimulation process. position of the band and where the pads land is key to isolation of the muscle group you want to work. dont forget to spare or wet the area for comfort. I had a few issues with mine and Customer Service was on it quickly for a solution.
No instructions on usage, placement, etc⦠only how to turn devices on, set modes, etc.
