Ultra Thigh & Calf Stimulator
EMS STIMULATORS · GUIDE 03 OF 06

Ultra Thigh & Calf Stimulator

Lower-body NMES — placement on quads, hamstrings, and calves for training or recovery.

  • 2× NextGen Calf Pad
  • 2× NextGen Thigh Pad
  • USB Charging Cable — required to charge the device before use.

The thigh stimulator is held in place with secure Velcro straps and does not require gel pads.

Step 1 — Charging the stimulator

Before first use, fully charge the device using the included USB cable. Connect the cable to a power adapter, power bank, or laptop and plug it into the device. A light indicator confirms that charging is in progress.

Step 2 — Using the thigh stimulator

  1. Ensure your thighs are clean and dry before applying the stimulator.
  2. Attach the stimulator securely to the thigh area, making sure the pads make full contact with the skin.
  3. Use the stimulator to select a stimulation mode that best suits your comfort.
  4. Start with the lowest intensity and gradually increase as needed.
  5. Wear the device for 15–20 minutes per session.

Good to know: the device can be placed on the inner, outer, front, and back of the thighs. It is lightweight and flexible, so it can be worn discreetly under loose clothing. For best results, use 1–2 times per day.

  • Mode 1–2 · Circulation Boost — enhances blood flow and oxygen delivery to the muscles, reducing stiffness and promoting faster recovery.
  • Mode 3–4 · Strength & Toning — simulates muscle contractions similar to exercise, helping to tone and strengthen the thighs over time.
  • Mode 5–6 · Deep Tissue Relief — uses high-intensity pulses to target deeper muscle layers, relieving tension and muscle fatigue.
  • Mode 7–8 · Comprehensive Recovery — soothes sore muscles and aids post-workout recovery, reducing stiffness and promoting relaxation.
  • Use on clean, dry thighs for optimal stimulation.
  • Drink plenty of water before and after use to improve circulation and enhance effectiveness.
  • Avoid using the stimulator on the same muscle twice in a row to prevent muscle fatigue.
  • Clean the Velcro straps with a soft, damp cloth after each use to maintain hygiene and durability.
  • Do not over-tighten the Velcro straps — they should be snug but not restrict blood flow.
  • Do not use for more than 20 minutes per session. Keep the device dry, and do not modify or repair it yourself.

Health warning — do not use if you

  • Have a pacemaker, heart condition, or any implanted medical device.
  • Suffer from epilepsy, seizures, or neurological disorders.
  • Have a history of deep vein thrombosis (DVT) or blood-clotting disorders.
