I think this is an incredible product. However if some additional directions including photos of where exactly in the thighs, arms and calf would be beneficial. Even after sending request to customer service, nothing was sent other than the info in box which consisted of verbiage only. Like can this be used on inside and outside of thigh? If so, where should the pads sits. Most of us are amateurs when it comes to new technology so diagrams would be super beneficial to maximize the results of your product.

I like this device. Once I figured it out, it really does cause quick and pretty deep contraction of my abs. I plan to show some results in the future.

Nice looking device and it does cause decent contractions when in the 7-9 mode on the highest setting. It is too soon to tell how well it is going to work for me.

As a strength coach and sport scientist I find the smaller pads with EMS unit work exceptionally well. However the wrap for the abdominal pads is not designed well and therefore the EMS signal is muted do to the gel pads above and below not making as good a connection as the center gel pads. Overall a quality product but recommend the elastic strap to hold the abdominal unit and pads in place be redesigned to improve pad contact and therefore strong EMS signal to the full abdomen.

I am using my second one. My first one only worked for a few months before the round power units wouldn’t attach properly. I ordered a second one and I am being very careful with it. I am eating healthier and more mobile. ( I have a broken back and wedge fractures down my spine from my next to bum) I have lost a stone since using your machine and other things I am doing.

I had high hopes for the Ape Born EMS Muscle Stimulator, but unfortunately, it hasn’t lived up to expectations. One of the biggest issues is with the popper buttons that connect the pads — they don’t feel secure at all. During sessions, they sometimes pop off with the slightest movement, which is frustrating and really disrupts the flow. Another major downside is the abdo pad. Even when set to a relatively high power level, I only feel a light tingle — nowhere near enough to actually stimulate the muscles. It seems like the abdo pad just isn't getting enough power. Interestingly, when I used one of the single arm pads on my abs, the stimulation was much more effective, which just highlights how underpowered the main abdo pad is. Overall, the product feels underdeveloped in these key areas. With better pad connections and more power output to the abdo unit, this could have been a much better device.

I recently found out about EMS through a different brand that makes these same kinds of products. They offered a discount on their muscle stimulator, but when I saw the ApeBorn discount, I could not believe my eyes at what it was raised from down to versus the other brand. Plus, even though so far I've only tried the armbands on the first M level, I notice a better difference in how the current is distributed to the muscles. The velcro sleeves it comes with can also be used with the ones by the other brand, which significantly reduces stinging. I've also noticed applying a bit of lotion to the gel pads each time helps reduce irritation from repeated use as well to avoid going through so many pads in so little time. My mother is concerned about the idea of me using this product, which is understandable, so I take it to bed with me and the stimulation helps me fall asleep faster, most nights anyway. Soon I hope to be able to find time to use it when I bike to the gym, storing it in my backpack. Thank you very much, ApeBorn.

Works great and really feel the change

First off I can not lie, I first ordered the imitation brand. I was not impressed. Then I order the ape born stimulator. The only way I could describe it was there is no comparison. Ape Born is unbelievable. Yes if your thinking about it get this one absolutely.

Just started using it today! So far it's the best EMS system I've tried. The belt stabilizers make all the difference in the world! Will see what kind of results I get after consistent use!

I think it might be a good idea to include a diagram to show exactly where the abdominal unit should be placed; and whether there are several positions that may benefit upper versus lower abdominal muscles. There is no instruction for the arm devices or the benefits that might be derived by using the smaller units on your biceps. Lastly, the band that is included to better hold the abdominal unit should either be a greater length or have greater stretch capacity to accommodate those of us with larger physiques. I am 6’ 2” and weigh 270.

I love all modes and intensities of the ab part. I like the smaller pieces, which I use on deltoids, biceps, and triceps. I have to use a lower intensity because it's less comfortable than the ab piece. I definitely feel my muscles are getting a workout based on the soreness from lactic acid build up the next day. I look forward to every session.

So far l have used it about 15 times. It is twenty minutes so l do it for an hour in different settings. I can tell that my stomach muscles are tightening up after a month it will be interesting to see.

I'm 70 years old and very impressed with my kit, use it bout everyday. and the great results.

I love your product, but it didn't come with an instruction manual explaining what each mode does and settings.

It didn’t give me the actual results I thought it would.

the Ab stimulation is not as strong as i had thought it would be. lvl 20 and it barely contracts the muscles. also need to be very careful when removing Ab stimulator as it started to rip the flimsy plastic.

I have tried these items several times already. the arm bands work great, the abs item did NOT work the first time I tried it, no matter what mode I had it on. I took it off and tried it again and it did work for the most part. the main part for the abs was working, but the sides was not working. I took the charging device off and snapped it back in place. the sides still do not work and don't know if they are supposed to work. I will continue to use this device. The only major concern i have is that the gel that are already there does not last very long with the device not sticking.
