Belt too small/ asked if they have an extender belt. They never responded. Stuck with something I cant use.

At first i had trouble putting in the arm bands but i figured it out and felt it right away. It works as advertised.

Good energy. Ease as advertised. Could be better if it was not sized for little people. You need to either lengthen the belt 4 inches or use material that stretches. I severely doubt you advertise guy fits this size

It's EMS. I have had EMS in the past, it always annoyed me when it came to the gel pads. These don't have that. The only downside I have found is getting the ones on my arms tight enough, but they definitely stimulate the muscles.

The arm bands are great. The ab band is about 4 inches too small.

Contractions from device could be stronger but I didn't use the water spray device so it could increase the intensity.

There was a spray bottle included with the kit, but there were no instructions on if you needed to wet the area under the pads or not.

So far ok, will update when I try the other muscle areas. So far just base on the abdominal. Really weak response have to set it on level 19 on any of the pre set modes to actually feel any effect. The users manual is lacking real direction and the control module does not seem to allow for any customised settings to fit my body type. I am 5'9" at 155lbs. So Ive not got loads of fat I'm dealing with. Just trying to get some extra toning... I like not having the gooy horrible pads, so I will keep at it with this and try the others modules. Just was expecting to feel more at lower settings than I do

I have tried to use the muscle stimulators with jell pads but they never get good contact with my skin I have a lot of body hair. But since with this one you wet the pads I can really feel the contractions!! I have only had I a few days and I can already feel stronger!!!

The abdominal area pads, I expected to be stronger and more powerful. According to the advertisement it supposed to feel like you performed tons of crunches but it’s not the case. I’ve been using it and I’m still not even sore from it. The bicep straps are stronger than I expected though. I wish the abs straps were as strong as these. Sadly, another misleading product.

I can use the electric pulse at full power and really don’t feel much. I have used it for a week so far. I am doubtful it will do anything.

I have used other ems before. The jury is still out. Does not feel as if it is reaching deep enough, does not seem very powerful.

I tried the belt out, its ultra weak, turned it to 19 and could barley feel it working. I emailed how to do a return and its been 3 days and no reply! Thanks for a cheap product with no support!

Husband does not want product and I have been trying for 4 days to get information on return since their policy is within 30 days or no return. Have not heard from anyone still

I got them just have trouble putting the ab thing on it and the arm thing on them.

I had some high hopes for this but should have known better. The stem is very weak and you can barely feel it. Even turned all the way up it wont make your muscles actually contract.

As a 69 year old man recovering from some serious health issues, I bought the stimulator not for vanity muscle growth but as an aid to my physical therapy. I am pleased to say that it is doing exactly what I hoped it would. I only wish it came with better operating instructions.

I was really disappointed with this product. I first used it about a week ago, and the muscle stimulation is weak at best—more like a minor “shock” than anything that actually feels effective for working the muscles. Worse than that, the bands don’t seem to connect properly. When I tried using the armbands, it felt like they weren’t making a solid connection and I ended up getting shocked. It also irritated my skin and left it feeling like it was slightly burned. Now, after only a week, the stomach strap is doing the same thing. Another issue: the spray bottle that came with it was empty and didn’t include any instructions or solution, so I have no idea what I’m even supposed to put in it or how it’s meant to be used. For $149.99, I consider this a complete waste of money. Honestly, you’d be better off using a regular TENS unit and strapping it to whatever muscle you’re trying to stimulate. I can’t recommend this product at all.

Very pleased with the packaging, well presented. Fully charged the units and proceeded to use the kit. Having used ab stimulators before, to be honest I think I might have a faulty ab belt!! I am only getting a mild contraction on all levels. I’ve tried moving it around and ensuring proper contact to skin is made, but only getting mild ab contractions. The arm kits work well with good hard contractions. The only major issue with the arm kits is that they’re too short in length!! Really struggled to get them round the top of the arm.

Waiting for a replacement product to replace a faulty item . No response to my emails as to when the replacement will be shipped.

This EMS is clearly better than the other one I had, but it too has its limits. Even on the lighter setting I don't get the contractions as advertised in the videos. Ive been using this EMS for 3 weeks now; it's a great massager, but the settings modes for weight loss just don't cut it even on the highest settings. Plus, the online advertising of before/after phots are deceptive.

Quality was cheap, frayed stitching and the power modules are too weak to accomplish any sufficient contraction of muscles. Save your money, or buy a better stim unit such as the Halo from Chirp. I have one of those and there is no comparison.

My order was never received. Nearly a month after I ordered the muscle stimulator I have yet to get what I paid for. Two weeks after the date I was given to receive the package and it never arrived. I have asked for a refund on two occasions, but all you can do is send an email. The response I received days later was wait a few more days. The tracking data hasn’t changed in 3 weeks. Why should I wait longer. It would be nice if you could call and talk to someone. I would not recommend.

Im a bit ambivalent about this product. I expected the ums pulses to be much more powerful than experienced or previous products i have used. Will have to see if it delivers in the long term

Modules will not snap on

I received my order #52581 and started using it from 20th January 2026. I was very happy with it up to now but have only used the ultra abs belt so far. BUT today, 27th January 2026, the stimulation unit stopped working. The green light comes on when I press + and I can select a mode, but it will not set an intensity level, it just stays on zero no matter how often I press the + button. I have tried pressing the – button to turn it off and restart. It still didn’t work. I then tried recharging it. It only recharged for a few seconds before switching off indicating that it was already fully charged. I tried again, but it still didn’t work. I am now using one of the other stimulation units on the belt, and so far, everything is ok. Can you explain this please. It would seem that the stimulation unit has stopped working.

Great product, cant wait to start using them

This product is easy to use but I find that it's not intense at all. It says you will have post workout soreness but I have used it many times now on level 19 intensity and modes 4,5 or 6 for deep muscle simulation, sometimes in succession and I feel no aching, not intense at all, just a gentle muscle simulation on the highest setting. I can't see this improving my stomach muscles in any way, sorry, just trying to be honest.

Took slightly less than 1 month after paid order to receive. Scant use/care of product info included. At the top end cost of similar sets, still no usb block, just a usb multi-cord. Well made and presented and seems to work well. Likely worth the cost, but only when on sale or clearance.

They work really great if you can get them to stay in place and get them on properly. I think that they should maybe try to put some kind of a tighter wrap around them. And with each of the charging units, why do they have to come off? I don't understand they can just be plugged in and with the wraps on them. It's just an extra step that is unnecessary. It's too hard to put them on your arms with only one hand and then to snap each of those individual chargers on there is quite the pain in the butt. And if you get it too tight, they unsnap while you're using them and you really can't exercise while you got them on as they move around so I've had to put on spandex pants to hold them on my legs and a snug wrap around my belly to keep it in place. I really want to use them, but I'm contemplating returning..

Unfortunately the clips on the arm bands pop off pretty easily. The male/female parts seem to be mismatched. The velcro is not strong enough and comes apart when the level is bumped up. Unsure what you can do with the armbands, but I can stitch a better quality velcro to the stomach/ab band

Hi there I think the product is working. I’ve only been using it a week, wonder how the entire month goes. Unfortunately though, the armband clips keep popping apart and falling off. Unsure how to rectify this as it seems the male/female clips are not matched to each other. The stomach device clips are fine, although the “Velcro” is pretty poor quality. I can sort this though by gluing/stitching a better quality Velcro. Hopefully I can give you a 5 star review once this is sorted…
