I use it during remote work calls and it's amazing how toned I feel after just 15 minutes. You can really feel the stimulation deep in the muscle feels like a passive workout! Loving the multiple modes.

I love the feeling and effects I get from EMS devices, and I can really feel these shorts doing something, so I can't give less than 5 stars.
The remote charges well and quickly, and is easy to use; it is magnetic so there is no fussing with snap-style attachments of the sort I'm always afraid will break. It is easy to understand and operate.
Sizing may feel small on the larger end of the suggested range. Like I said, the shorts have plenty of stretch room on me and fit loosely on the waist, but the inner lining is more fitted and the contact points do not stretch. If I were close to the cusp, I'd size up
