I love all modes and intensities of the ab part. I like the smaller pieces, which I use on deltoids, biceps, and triceps. I have to use a lower intensity because it's less comfortable than the ab piece. I definitely feel my muscles are getting a workout based on the soreness from lactic acid build up the next day. I look forward to every session.

So far l have used it about 15 times. It is twenty minutes so l do it for an hour in different settings. I can tell that my stomach muscles are tightening up after a month it will be interesting to see.

the Ab stimulation is not as strong as i had thought it would be. lvl 20 and it barely contracts the muscles. also need to be very careful when removing Ab stimulator as it started to rip the flimsy plastic.

I have tried these items several times already. the arm bands work great, the abs item did NOT work the first time I tried it, no matter what mode I had it on. I took it off and tried it again and it did work for the most part. the main part for the abs was working, but the sides was not working. I took the charging device off and snapped it back in place. the sides still do not work and don't know if they are supposed to work. I will continue to use this device. The only major concern i have is that the gel that are already there does not last very long with the device not sticking.

I liked that it came with a belt to keep the device in place , the instructions didn’t explain much so I’m not sure if I applied the gel pads correctly, when I did use the device I could feel it working, I was pleased with that, the gel pads were an inconvenience to work with, they didn’t stay in place and felt some burning, need to come up with something better than gel pads and clearer instructions on use and storage.

I am an old Vietnam Vet who has worked out for years and I know how Arnold Swartzeniger feels when he quit his working out! I would love to use your muscle stimulator, but I have battery operated bladder control device connected to my spine and a pacemaker. Can I still use the muscle stimulator?

Abdomen belt works OK but lat extensions provide no benefit. For cost, I found the cheaper version I bought first was a much better value and showed better results. Would not recommend. Also, with no digital display, hard to tell what setting you're on whereas my cheaper one at half the cost has a digital display and also 20 intensity levels vs 10.

It arrived was as described. It’s still early days for me but can feel something going on in my stomach which feels like I have had an exercise which is the desired feeling. This is only a small package but it does punch above its weight. Most of the shocking is to the abdomen and I’m not feeling any sensation from the waist attachment. This may be normal though. I will further review this item as I proceed into week two. I do feel that I probably need to buy more than the abs kit with instruction telling me to exercise a different part of my body day in day out alternatively. At the moment I am very happy with the purchase.

This is a great piece of kit, I’ve only used it for just over a week but I can already feel that it’s making a difference. A bit disappointed with the instructions (or total lack of instructions) but otherwise good. It’s been a bit of trial and error, going through the many phases and then testing the levels within to find a comfortable but challenging setting. It’s early days so far, I will give it another month or so and then review again, so far it’s a thumbs up though

The directions that come with this product are inadequate. You have to figure out what mode does what, so you'll never really know what it's capable of. There's no website or ap to go to either. You spend a lot of money for something that could potentially kill you with little to no support.

All the stimulators work as advertised. It’s easy to put the units on and to adjust your workouts. My only complaint is the gel pads aren’t that durable I’ve already had to replace a set of pads after 5 uses they shouldn’t wear out that fast
